Soulvy, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) builds iOS applications designed to respect your privacy. This policy applies to Soulvy, LLC apps, including Kairos and future Soulvy apps.
Data Collection
Our apps are designed with a privacy-first approach. We collect no personal data. Data you create within our apps — including settings, preferences, habits, and records — is stored locally on your device.
- We do not collect personal information.
- We do not use third-party analytics or tracking services.
- We do not display advertisements.
- We do not sell or share user data.
iCloud Sync
Some apps may offer optional sync via Apple CloudKit. When enabled, data is synced through your personal iCloud account and handled by Apple’s iCloud infrastructure. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
On-Device Storage
App data is stored locally using standard iOS storage mechanisms. If you delete an app, locally stored data associated with that app is also deleted.
Children’s Privacy
Our apps do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
